Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal is one of the finest blends of Bollywood and the South Indian film industry.

The story revolves around Ranvijay Singh (Ranbir Kapoor), the son of Delhi-based industrialist Balbir Singh (Anil Kapoor). Due to his busy schedule, Balbir could not give time to his children, which led to the cracks in father-son relations. Ranvijay loves his childhood friend Gitanjali (Rashmika Mandanna), and despite all odds, he marries her against the will of his and Gitanjali’s family. After marriage, he took her to the USA, spent a few years there, and came back with two kids. When he came back to India, he realized that the entire business empire of his father was under the control of his brother-in-law. His brother-in-law wanted to kill his father to capture his business empire; meanwhile, Ranvijay came to know of the conspiracy going on against his father. Does Ranvijay get his family business back under his father’s control? Does his relationship with his father improve? To know the answers to these questions, one must watch the film.

Ranbir Kapoor is the centre of attraction in the film. His performance is simply awesome. The fight scenes are the real USP of the film. On the other side, Rashmika Mandanna’s innocent onscreen look has impressed the audience. She has looked so pretty and justified her role. Bobby Deol is in a silent but very violent role. Apart from the lead pair, other artists like Anil Kapoor, Shakti Kapoor, Tripti Dimri, etc. have also justified their parts. Overall, every artist has given their best.

Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga has tried his level best to create the thrill at its best. Most of the murder scenes look natural, which compels the audience to shut their eyes. Since the movie is full of murder sequences and terrible and bloodiest visuals, it is advisable for weak-hearted people to avoid watching this film.

Although music doesn’t play a major role in this action thriller movie, the music of JAM8, Vishal Mishra, Jaani, Manan Bharadwaj, Shreyas Puranik, Ashim Kemson, Harshvardhan, Rameshwar, and the background score by Harshvardhan and Rameshwar are quite impressive.

Overall, this is one of the finest action-thriller movies. Ranbir Kapoor is the heart and soul of the film, and pretty Rashmika has enhanced the beauty of the film with her innocent onscreen look. So, why wait? Go and watch it in your nearest cinema hall.
