MUMBAI: Veteran actor Dharmendra passed away today, November 24, 2025. He was dealing with a number of health problems. He was previously confined to Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital.
Dharmendra was known as a He-Man of the industry. He has worked in more than 300 films in the last six decades. He has worked in the historical blockbuster Sholay, where his role of Veeru was quite popular, and that film created a history in Indian cinema. Dharam-Veer, Seeta Aur Geeta, Mera Gaon Mera Desh, Raja Jani, Jugnu, Elan-E-Jung, Apne, Hukumat, Yamla Pagla Deewaana, and many more.
