Recently, in front of fans and the media, the dynamic Desi swagger Paan kI Dukaan from the eagerly awaited film O’Romeo was released in a stunning ceremony in Mumbai. The highlight that had everyone talking was Shahid Kapoor taking over the stage with a powerful flash mob, which was followed by paan stalls all over the nation. For the flashmob, Triptii Dimri also joined Shahid Kapoor on stage, and it was so much fun to watch this new duo perform.
Talking about this absolute banger of a track Paan ki Dukaan Shahid Kapoor revealed,””Paan ki Dukaan ka shoot humne end mein kiya, we were shooting for Aashiqon ki colony. Vihsla Sir aye mere pass aur bole yeh dusra gaana jo hain woh bhi karle, logon ko yeh gaana bohot pasand aane wala hain. Maine reharsals ki nahi thi iss gaane ki. We started shooting for Paan ki Dukaan just the next day we wrapped Aashiqon ki Colony. Jo bhi steps huye jo bhi planning huyi yeh set pe tha, wahi pe seekha wahi pe kar diya.”
With its infectious rhythm and street-style exuberance, Paan Ki Dukaan is out now and is already becoming a crowd favourite, adding yet another memorable track to the musical world of O’Romeo.
