Prayagraj, February 10, 2026: In the revered and historic city of Prayagraj, the trailer for The Diary of Manipur, the first movie starring the highly talked-about “Kumbh Viral Girl” Monalisa, was unveiled in a lavish and poignant ceremony.
Actress Monalisa, actors Amit Rao, Abhishek Tripathi (from Prayagraj), Dinesh Trivedi, director Sanoj Mishra, and members of the film’s core crew were present for the trailer debut. The launch was held at one of the most important religious gatherings in the world, which gave the event a historic feel and enhanced the film’s impact.
The Diary of Manipur draws its inspiration from the vision and motivation of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. The successful global scale of the Magh Mela provided a powerful platform for the film’s trailer, giving its message national and international visibility.
