Mitesh P. Upadhyay is an award-winning event organiser based in Gujarat. His inclination towards organising events developed during his college days only. His range of events includes corporate conferences, music concerts, comedy shows, charity events, etc. In an exclusive interview, he spoke about his journey as an event organiser, his favourite Bollywood actor, the awards he has received so far, his future plans, and more.
Tell us something about your education and basic family background?
I belong to a Gujarat-based Brahmin family. I have a diploma in electrical engineering. I have two children, Darshit and Trisha. I am basically into organising events in Gujarat and Delhi. We also produce short films, music videos, and award shows in Mumbai.
How did you get inclined towards organising events?
My inclination towards organizing events developed during my college years. The thrill of bringing people together, creating memorable experiences, and ensuring the smooth execution of events sparked my passion for event organization.
What are the events you have organised so far, and which one is memorable for you?
Over the years, I have organised a diverse range of events, including corporate conferences, music concerts, comedy shows, and charity events. Each event holds its own significance, but the most memorable one for me was the music concert done by Manhar Udhas. It was the most memorable event for me.
Who is your inspiration in Bollywood and why?
Ajay Devgn, a prominent figure in Bollywood, has been a source of inspiration for me due to his versatile acting skills, dedication to his craft, and commitment to creating unique cinematic experiences.
What are your dreams and future plans?
My dreams and future plans revolve around expanding my event management company to cater to a wider audience, collaborating with renowned personalities to organize impactful events, and contributing to social causes through the platform of events. I aspire to continue creating meaningful experiences and leaving a positive impact on the community through my work.
