Bad Newz, the film that has created a wave in the industry post its trailer launch, has now arrived in cinemas, so let’s try to know if it really meets the expectations of the audience or not.

The story revolves around Akhil Chadha (Vicky Kaushal), who falls in love with Saloni Bagga (Triptii Dimri), a chef in a hotel who wishes to win the best of the industry’s awards. After a few ifs and buts, they finally married and continued their happy married life, but soon, after hardly a few months, a small misunderstanding separated them. Immediately after their divorce, Saloni meets a hotelier, Gurbir Pannu (Ammy Virk), and gets inspired by him. Due to a heavy drink, she takes him to bed. After a few days, she comes to know that she is pregnant but is not aware of who the father is-the ex-husband or a new boyfriend. The climax is the real crux of the story, so to know what happens at the end, one must watch it.

Triptii Dimri has impressed the audience with her performance and her gorgeous look. Apart from her, other artists like Vicky Kaushal, Ammy Virk, Neha Dhupia, Sheeba Chadha, Faisal Rashid, etc. have also tried their best to impress the audience.

The movie ‘Bad Newz’ could not give good news to the audience in any manner, be it comedy, emotion, thrill, action, etc. Despite having a good star cast and a decent budget, the film could not meet the expectations of today’s cinemagoers.

A few points that made this film below average are. 1.) Throughout the film, it seems like a forced comedy. 2.) The pregnancy of twins with two different fathers, like a serious script, is selected to make a comedy film. 3.) Poor screenplay and dialogue failed to impress the audience. 4.) Even big stars failed to hold the attention of the audience and lost their grip many times in the film. 5.) Such a climax can’t be acceptable to the Indians at large.

Even though music could not enhance much the beauty of the film, the music by Rochak Kohli, Vishal Mishra, DJ Chetas-Lijo George, Prem-Hardeep, Karan Aujla, Abhijeet Srivastava, and the score by Amar Mohile are a bit impressive.

Overall, this is a below-average film, but if you are a hardcore fan of Triptii Dimri or Vicky Kaushal, you can dare to see it at least once.
