Director Sabbir Khan’s second outing with actor Tiger Shroff is the story of an undisciplined guy who turns rebel. The film begins with Ronny (Tiger Shroff) who comes across Siya on a train and both falls in love with each other. Ronny is sent by his father to 9 Kalaripayattu guru to learn martial art so that he becomes disciplined in his life.
On the other hand unknowingly another guy Raghav loses his heart to Sia around the same time as Ronny. Hence it becomes a love triangle which leads to a war between Ronny and Raghav for Sia.
It was lot said about Baaghi that this is a copy of the blockbuster Indonesian action film The Raid: Redemption. Baaghi’s romantic track comes from a Telugu film starring Prabhas, called Varsham. As in Varsham, here too the heroine Siya (Shraddha Kapoor) is obsessed with the rain.
Tiger Shroff impresses us with his upside down, balancing his full weight on a thumb and his forefinger. It’s an impressive sight to see someone so fit, so agile so much in command of his body. Shraddha has also done her bit in the film. The Baddie Sudheer Babu also shines with his villainous role.
It will be a treat for all hard core action lovers.
