Shilpa Shetty Kundra is back on the silver screen, with director Sonal Joshi's Sukhee in a pivotal role with a strong message on the line of woman empowerment.

The story is all about Sukhpreet, aka Sukhee (Shilpa Shetty Kundra), who leaves her parents to marry her boyfriend Guru (Chaitannya Choudhry). She leaves even her city of Delhi and gets settled with her husband in a small town in Punjab. After many years, when she has a 15-year-old daughter, she realizes she needs to relive her teenage years. She connects her high school friends, especially her three besties, or, can say, her partners in crime, during school days. They all plan to reunite in Delhi for two days to relive those days. Despite many hurdles and objections from her husband, she goes to Delhi and meets her besties there, not taking care of her marital life and fearing losing her relationship with him. The climax is the real crux of the story. To know what happens at the end, one must watch the film.

Actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra is the center of attention in the film. Although she has done full justice to her role, the poor storyline actually damaged the entire craze of the movie. Other artists like Amit Sadh, Kusha Kapila, Dilnaz Irani, Pavleen Gujral, Chaitannya Choudhry, etc. have also made their presence felt.

Apart from story, Screenplay and dialogues are not even up to the mark. The first half is full dull and boring and even the second half is not impressive except for a few minutes of the climax scene.

Overall, this is a below-average movie that disappoints the audience. The scope was greater to make it much better.
