See it as a way like treating yourself like literally and giving yourself the time to relax, sit and be with you and you know you can literally shut out. Shut out any negative thoughts that you have like that's the time. So it's almost like you take yourself on a little holiday."

For aligning yourself and focusing better Bollywood's Sunshine Girl adds, "To focus better, the 'why'. Why is very very important and you put it with whatever you're doing, you keep asking yourself why am I doing this? Why and I doing this? You keep bringing back the why and that will keep you focused on where you need to be."
