Actress Sonnalli Seygall has always grabbed eyeballs, not just for her on-screen performances in films like Pyaar Ka Punchnama and Jai Mummy Di, but also for her chiseled physique. The diva has been an inspiration for fitness enthusiasts. Now, she has bagged the ‘Lions Best Fitness Pro Actor Of The Year’ award for her latest release, Jai Mummy Di.
The awards gala was held in Mumbai on January 25, Saturday. The awards aim to honour outstanding individuals across various fields, including films, TV, sports, medicine and business, among others.
Talking about receiving the award, Sonnalli said, “Fitness has always been of utmost importance to me. I like to stay fit, not just because I am an actress and I’m required to be in shape, but because it’s a way of life for me. I cannot live any other way. Being careful about what I eat and being regular with my workout are quintessential for me. I’m humbled and thankful to the Lions Club of Mumbai for honouring me for my fitness and conferring the ‘Lions Best Fitness Pro Actor Of The Year’ award to me. This goes on to show that my efforts are actually being recognised. I urge everyone to be careful about their health and spend at least 30 minutes every day to do some form of exercise, because it’s like a fuel for our bodies. Our body will love us only if we take care of it.
